Dealing with Sadness

Sadness doesn't last forever. I heard a long time ago that pain lets us know that we are still alive. Sadness that stays longer then it should can keep you from moving forward in your life. Remember what God(Yahweh ) say about it "Weeping may endure for the night but Joy comes in the morning. " So you don't have to live with Sadness, you can cast all your cares on Him because He Cares for You.
